At Nican Resort, we strive to provide our guests with exceptional service and a memorable experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy to accommodate your needs. Please review this policy carefully.
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Standard Reservations:
- Cancellation 7 Days Prior to Arrival: If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
- Cancellation Within 7 Days of Arrival: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the entire stay will be charged.
Non-Refundable Reservations:
- Reservations marked as non-refundable cannot be canceled or modified, and no refund will be issued for these bookings.
Group Bookings:
- For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, cancellation and refund policies may vary. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly for specific terms.
2. Refund Process
Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Processing Fees: If applicable, processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount, especially in cases involving international transactions.
3. Early Departure
If you choose to depart earlier than your scheduled checkout date, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay.
