Refund Policy

At Nican Resort, we strive to provide our guests with exceptional service and a memorable experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy to accommodate your needs. Please review this policy carefully.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The charges below only apply to 100% advance payment on accommodation. If you only paid our required 25% deposit, this won’t be refunded.

  • 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled two or three days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.

In case of any cancellation the tax (VAT) of 18% on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities by the 15th of the next month.

Note: Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.

Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Online refunds for bookings made through our online payment system usually take 3-5 working days.
  • Processing Fees: If applicable, processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount, especially in cases involving international transactions.

3. Early Departure

If you choose to depart earlier than your scheduled checkout date, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
